The Vic Firth M271 Marimba Mallets from the Corpsmaster Iain Moyer Keyboard Series are designed for multi-tonal performance. These mallets feature synthetic yarn with color-coded star-shaped stitching that identifies each model. They also have 17 birch handles designed to respond to the player s touch on the instrument. As you increase your velocity, the mallets get brighter, so you don t need to swap mallets to change articulation. They are also great for soft, expressive playing.
